Coach Perry

2023 marks Jerry Perry’s 2nd year coaching at South Cobb High School. He will continue to serve as the running backs coach. He currently teaches 7th Grade Science at Cooper Middle School.

Prior to his coaching career, Perry grew up in Wynne, Arkansas, where he played high school football. Upon his graduation from high school, this life-long Razorbacks fan was selected to receive the Razorbacks Bridge Scholarship, which enabled him to attend the University of Arkansas. He graduated with a degree in kinesiology. Not long after graduation, Perry decided to share his love for science by earning his teaching credentials and becoming a secondary school science teacher.

Coach Perry enjoys spending time with his wife, Jamie, and watching his Razorbacks play football in his spare time.
